Front Architecture used a wide variety of interesting and rich materials, textures, and finishes to give the Mövenpick Moscow Taganskaya Hotel the best experience for their guests.
Five-star Mövenpick hotel by an acclaimed international chain Accor officially began operations in October at the center of the capital at Zemlyanoy Val 70. The structure was designed by a Russian architectural bureau Front Architecture, which has a long history of successfully delivering projects for large international hotel chains. Hotel Mövenpick Moscow Taganskaya is first of its kind under Mövenpick brand in Moscow.
Front Architecture architects have designed a modern, upscale hotel that meets the high standards of the Mövenpick brand. The design is contemporary with the use of traditional elements and art structures. The Mövenpick Moscow Taganskaya lobby conveys the mood of a theatre foyer or contemporary art center with striking pillars, a large spotlight above the reception desk and brass mesh panels contrasting with the graphite ceiling. The dominant feature of the lobby is the bar counter, framed by a spectacular metal installation made of brass as was designed by the architects, where guests can check-in or check-out from the hotel.
All rooms have minimalistic and functional design and are equipped with a smart home system that allows guests to control curtains, lighting, air conditioning and heating in the room.
The hotel has 154 rooms, a restaurant, a SPA-zone with a swimming pool, hammam, sauna and fitness room. On the second floor there is a conference area with two meeting rooms and a large conference hall, from the 3rd to the 8th floor are guest rooms.
