The new boutique hotel opened in the building, where before was another hotel so the floor plan didn’t need much change. The building itself  was fully renovated: facades were renewed, a new lobby was built and interiors were refurbished. The spaces of the previously existing hotel with a total area of 1245 square meters was completely adapted to modern requirements: the fuzoning has been improved and the interior details have been conceived.

The cozy boutique hotel includes 44 suites, a restaurant in an open lobby, and a comfy room for negotiations and meetings. The hotel has been completely renovated according to the Front Architecture project, including the facades and entrance  renovation, and a total interior’s refurbishment including rooms and public areas. The interior is designed in the Contemporary style. The laconic subtle design of calm shades of colors is complemented by bright accents and art objects. The boutique hotel is located in the business and cultural center of the city close to the main landmarks. It is situated only 250 meters away from the “Belorusskaya” metro station, aeroexpress to Sheremetyevo airport and “Belorusskaya”railway station. Guests at the hotel can easily reach the legendary Bolshoi Theater, the Kremlin, Red Square, St. Basil’s Cathedral, Zaryadye Park, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, etc.
