    • ASD|SKY assisted Lincoln Properties with renovations of both One and Two Midtown Plaza. Our team was retained to create an aesthetic synergy between the buildings while providing amenities for the tenants and building guests. One such amenity is MetroFresh Uptown, a 1,600 SF restaurant space in the One Midtown lobby offering guests freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options, made with locally grown and organic ingredients. A causal outdoor seating area features a wooden trellis and custom millwork. In the evening there are ‘after work’ offerings of small plates, cocktails, beer, and wine.
