Ammoora Restaurant was completed with a design by LUUA Design Studio that pays tribute to Syrian culture, featuring bold mosaics, authentic recipes, warm color palettes, mother of pearl decor, and ornate details that create a sensory experience.
Ammoora is more than just a restaurant: it serves as a tribute to the renowned culture of the Levant and its beloved cuisine. Filled with vibrancy of Syrian heritage, its pure enchantment emulates from its boldly accented mosaics to the authenticity of the recipes proclaiming through intricate details a one-of-a-kind culinary destination.
An elegant illustration of the Levant, Ammoora embraces the effortless cultural beauty of its heritage. Through warm color palettes that converge with rich refined accents, exquisite inlaid mother of pearl decor, and bold oriental patterns to form a harmonious union. Emulating the complex, layered flavors of each dish, the ambience exudes an air of opulence and modern tradition.
A celebration of its cuisine, courtesy, and grandeur, the bespoke design was intended to engage guests in a multi-sensory experience. Curated from ornate details which reflect Syrian design elevated with modern twists, through which Ammoora transports guests to a realm outside of Baltimore.
The interior design displays a glimpse of the Syrian aesthetic and traditions, providing a showcase where the cuisine shines. Family and friends are at the heart of Ammoora’s social life and the interiors are meant to curate a space that makes guests feel welcome, inspired and comfortable.
