Northpark Corporate Towers Amenity Space

HLGstudio redesigned a multi-purpose amenity at Northpark Corporate Towers in Atlanta, creating a food hall with three food stations and a coffee bar for dining and meetings.

    • HLGstudio was tasked with reviving the existing amenity comprised of 10,000sf of outdoor and indoor café seating & commercial kitchen space for Northpark Corporate Towers. The space was reimagined as a multipurpose amenity that would allow tenants to utilize the space throughout the day for dinning, as well as work and meetings during the café’s off hours. The design considered the food service component that would allow for catering, breakfast and lunch operations. While being under one sole operator it was designed as a food hall with three different food stations and a coffee bar. It is meant to provide choice for the end user in dining and gathering space types.
