Sereia Restaurant

Sereia’s design, crafted by Bishop Design, is a love letter to the ocean and the Iberian coast, seamlessly blending modern elegance with the coastal charm of its surroundings. Drawing inspiration from the restaurant’s name—Sereia, the Portuguese word for mermaid—the design embodies the fluidity, beauty, and mystery of the sea. The concept evokes the graceful yet powerful presence of the ocean, creating an atmosphere that is both enchanting and serene. Subtle marine references are woven throughout the space, such as the wave-like curves of the custom furniture, which mimic the gentle ebb and flow of the tides. The rich blues and greens of the fabrics, combined with natural wood finishes, evoke the varying tones of the Iberian landscape, from deep ocean hues to sun-kissed shores.
