NEUF Architect(e)s designed Feast and Revel to be an all-day-dining destination for locals and travelers in Ottawa, Canada.
As the anchor restaurant in the lobby of the Andaz Byward Market hotel, Feast and Revel not only indulges guests of the hotel with an all-day-dining amenity, this 80-seat restaurant also serves as a destination spot for locals and tourists alike in the heart of the market.
Taking cues from the sense-of-place cuisine, the interior invites guests into the experience through the open kitchen. Rich textures and patterns infuse the interior with subtle Canadiana references, in keeping with the culinary concept.
