PDO transformed Terra Verde’s office building in Scottsdale into “The Clubhouse,” a sophisticated amenity space featuring high-end fitness facilities, a chic lounge area, and stunning mountain views, incorporating smoky glass accents and playful light fixtures for a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

    • The PDO team created a new amenity space for Terra Verde’s office building in Scottsdale. Known as “The Clubhouse,” it includes a high-end fitness center with shower rooms, a large lounge and hangout space, and a complimentary coffee bar. The Clubhouse highlights the nearby mountain views and feels like part of an exclusive golf course retreat.

    PDO incorporated striking design elements like smoky glass accents in the restrooms, and playful light fixtures throughout to add a touch of sophistication and create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. PDO successfully adapted to the client’s evolving vision, carefully considering the impact of material changes — such as adding stacked stone elements throughout — to deliver a stunning and cohesive final design aesthetic.
