  • Station Road (STN-RD) is a sophisticated new dining venue designed by Studio Nine Architects. Located at the base of Festival Tower in Adelaide, the restaurant plays a critical role in the regeneration of the Festival Plaza precinct. This is the fifth venue by SA’s renowned East End Cellars group, and their first to emphasise the dining experience first and foremost.

Key highlights of the project include:

    •  A harmonious balance of texture, tone, light and shadow
    • A central marble bar that anchors the space, and a focus on durable, timeless materials
    • An intimate wine room featuring dark timber finishes, in contrast to the lighter, brighter ambience of the dining room
    • A theatrical experience, connecting patrons to the culinary journey through the addition of an extensive open kitchen designed for up to 400 guests, and a temperature-controlled wine vault within an extremely narrow space
