A Design that Inspires and Grounds
A commitment to luxurious yet approachable materials grounds Ellore’s design profile. The building’s interiors are adorned with rich woods, natural stones, and luxe finishes. Upon entry, a striking black marble front desk greets residents at the lobby, where an oversized fireplace creates a welcoming ambiance. For Ellore, MAWD was responsible for all interior design and architecture, creating a neutral palette accented by pops of color, which allows the spaces to feel both serene and inspiring.

One of the defining features of Ellore Santa Clara is its seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living. Understanding the importance of wellness and connection to nature, MAWD has prioritized spaces that encourage fluid transitions between the indoors and outdoors. In particular, the yoga and pilates room stands out with its ability to open directly onto the pool deck through expansive sliding glass doors, capitalizing on the temperate climate of Northern California.
