  • More than five years after their first intervention in the space, Clap Studio returns to collaborate with OVEN Club—one of the most iconic venues in Valencia’s electronic music scene—to redesign its image and reinforce its identity as a cultural and musical landmark in the city.

Located in the heart of Valencia, OVEN Club has become a key destination for lovers of house, techno, and their many subgenres. In this new chapter, the studio proposes a redesign inspired by the club’s very name—“oven”—to create a sensory and immersive atmosphere that enhances the audience’s experience.

The concept materializes through a visual and material language that evokes what happens inside an oven: a place where temperature rises, materials transform, and everything vibrates with intensity. Stainless steel surfaces reflect the venue’s moving lights, generating a sense of heat and constant motion. At the same time, Alpi wood with red and black finishes suggests a burning effect—adding warmth and a touch of psychedelia to the space.

The layout preserves the DJ booth as the central axis, flanked by two opposing bars. These bars incorporate a grid of LED lights reminiscent of oven heating elements, dynamically changing color to match the mood and energy of the night. A horizontal screen behind the DJ booth, together with reflective surfaces and programmed lighting, builds a vibrant and ever-changing immersive environment.

With this intervention, Clap Studio strengthens OVEN’s identity through a powerful visual narrative—transforming the physical space into a direct extension of the sound that fills it. The result is a venue that doesn’t just host music but amplifies it through design, creating an intense and collective experience.
