The Cullinan Sky Levitas is a garden and clubhouse between the 30th and 31st floors of The Cullinan, offering views of Lion Rock and Victoria Harbour.
This 24,000 square foot space is designed as a “floating landscaped garden”. It provides distinct areas for gatherings, play, fitness, and reflection.
The garden has two levels: the 30th floor, or “Social Layer,” encourages interaction with multifunctional courts and communal spaces, while the 31st floor, the “Serene Layer,” offers tranquil areas like a tea room and yoga studio. By blurring indoor and outdoor boundaries, the design fosters a connection with nature, reflecting our belief that architecture can create emotional experiences and spaces for everyday life even in a high-density environment.
