Parkway Crossing’s Clubhouse
Vault Design Group’s Parkway Crossing’s Clubhouse in Kissimmee masterfully fuses 1920s railway station nostalgia with modern amenities, creating a thoughtfully designed space that honors vintage industrial charm.
Parkway Crossing’s Clubhouse design is inspired by the timeless character and nostalgia of historic railway stations from the 1920s, blending vintage industrial charm with modern amenities. Drawing from this era, the interior palette is grounded in dark walnut and oak, warm brass combined with black steel accents that evoke the craftsmanship and durability of classic train depots. Subtle hints of green, complemented by warm camel tones, are layered throughout the space, appearing on accent walls and decorative details that reference both the surrounding landscape and period-inspired colors often found in historic rail station design.
Industrial railway station details are thoughtfully woven in, offering moments of discovery rather than overt theming throughout the 13,500 sq. ft. clubhouse. Vintage luggage racks, curated luggage pieces, and custom millwork subtly nod to the golden age of travel. Integrated design cues: such as linear patterns, railway artwork, and depot style lighting reinforce the vintage train station narrative in a refined, contemporary way.
