Parallel Design Group designed the interior of Caffé Buondí, a bright and energizing cafe located in Carmel, Indiana.
Caffé Buondí is committed to creating a cultural connection by innovating tradition. Caffé Buondí, which means ‘Good Morning’ inspires guests to have a good start to their morning, and the design certainly reinstates that mantra.
Creator, Co-Owner, and Italian native Andrea Melani shares that his passion-driven food and service environment will nurture and inspire everyone they serve. Their finest ingredients will also help local farmers to create a more sustainable environment – creating a win-win.
Parallel Design Group partnered with Caffé Buondí in 2018 to create a place that is welcoming of all people; with a fresh, bright and energizing design intention.
His favorite design elements within the restaurant? The wooden wall upon entrance, unique cage over the bar and the bathrooms. One hidden feature that he loves is the lettering on the cage which says, “It all ends in wine and biscuits.” This is basically representative of what Italians do. Life is hard, but it all ends with the good stuff. Let’s have a glass of wine and cheer up!
