S+S (Sundukovy Sisters) Design & Architecture Studio’s Novotel in Dubai transforms hotel interiors into immersive social spaces, blending refined aesthetics with operational efficiency to enhance the guest experience.
Design Infinity delivered a full interior fit-out transformation for Novotel Dubai World Trade Centre, covering the hotel lobby, Brassmith Jazz Bar, Embers Restaurant and terrace areas across 10,559 square feet. The project demonstrates the firm’s expertise as a leading hospitality fit-out contractor in Dubai, specialising in high performance hotel interiors that enhance both guest experience and operational efficiency.
The fit-out concept focused on creating immersive social environments that encourage longer guest interaction and support the evolving expectations of modern hospitality spaces. Curved elements were constructed to guide movement and soften spatial transitions, while bespoke joinery installations and precision metal detailing contributed to a refined visual identity across the project.
At Brassmith Jazz Bar, Design Infinity executed layered lighting solutions, marble feature counters and warm metallic finishes to create an intimate nightlife destination that supports diverse entertainment. Embers Restaurant was built as a contemporary grill house environment where carefully coordinated services integration and feature material applications enable seamless restaurant operations within a visually rich setting.
The hotel lobby was repositioned as a vibrant lifestyle hub through the introduction of stepped social seating, textured finishes, and integrated greenery elements. This approach supports flexible guest usage, from casual meetings to relaxed waiting and informal working, reinforcing the value of strategic interior fit-out in improving commercial hospitality performance.
Through detailed planning, phased construction strategies, and strong in-house coordination capabilities, Design Infinity successfully delivered complex hospitality interiors within a live hotel environment.
