  • The new 3,825 square-foot SuViche restaurant in Miami’s popular CityPlace Doral, is the brand’s unveiling of its new concept designed by Saladino Design Studios. The design of the award-winning Peruvian-influenced Japanese restaurant concept by SuViche Hospitality Group was inspired by the vibrant colors of traditional Peruvian materials and fabrics blended with Miami’s tropical environment.

A playful, relaxed vibe was integrated into the brand by installing swinging chairs around a large wooden communal table. Orange and teal banquets line the opposite wall adorned with a multi-color handwoven macramé rope art mural made of 137 pieces measuring 34 feet long each created by a local artist. The art and whimsy continue with a custom floral and moss graffiti wall that reads “Let’s Get Saucy”. Patterned, orange cinder blocks are found at the entryway and used as wall dividers.

The restaurant features an impressive Pisco Bar ordained with orange metal mesh paneling that showcases a variety of Pisco infusions including indigenous fresh herbs, fruits and unique spices. The ceiling is enveloped in hanging planters and colorful hand-crafted wicker light fixtures, custom-designed by Saladino. The unique flooring consists of carefully milled wood and terrazzo, artfully installed by Saladino.

The 150-seat marquis restaurant offers a full bar and serves fusion-inspired sushi rolls, ceviche and other Peruvian specialties. This is the brand’s sixth location in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
