Fratelli Fanelli – Cucina di mare
Dinamica were tasked with creating Fratelli Fanelli in an original setting where marine shades and exotic details combine with the sea’s scents.
The Fanelli brothers have inaugurated their new restaurant, Fratelli Fanelli – seafood cuisine, in the charming town of Polignano a Mare. The interior is decorated in a tropical style, embellished by the chromatic combination of gold for the metal structures and petrol green for the finishes.
The interior furnishings are refined; the elegant quartz tops of the display counter and the central preparation table are illuminated by a light given to them by the large custom-made central chandelier. The interior space is characterized by the open kitchen that involves customers in the filleting, cooking, and serving of the freshest served fish.
