SL Green Amenity Space
Design Republic utilized the idea of an elevated space in every room of the SL Green Amenity Space, with lounge, work, and play opportunities for its tenants.
SL Green set out to design a state of the art tenant Amenity space at 100 Park Avenue that would serve as Tenant respite. The ‘Aspiration’ was to be an elevated and high-end aesthetic and included capitalizing on a ‘polished’ open ceiling concept where appropriate while maintaining the general honesty of the existing architecture.
The tenant offering included a self-service café, barista, catering, events area for tenant use, lounge and quiet spaces, i.e. library style, telephone booth, nooks, wellness area, gaming , presentation area, meeting spaces and potentially including a ‘Board’ size conference room. Flexibility is to be considered including but not limited to folding walls, media and breakout space, and restroom with a shower.
