Bryant Apartments Amenity Spaces
Studio BV designed the Bryant Apartments to play a role in connecting building residents by adding common spaces which support work, cooking, and cocktails.
The Bryant apartments are designed to support an active lifestyle. Located off the Greenway, which is a lowered bike path that connects miles of bike and walking paths from the outer suburbs to the city. It’s a whole network that connects different people and places and communities.
These commons spaces are critical. They extend the footprint of the unit and the space for living for these early career professionals. Community connections and making friends is essential. Common areas support working, cooking and cocktails.
This is a simple design, focused on texture, pattern and connections. Studio BV designed the unit fixtures and finishes and millwork and the common areas, art and signage.
