sshape utilized the high ceilings and indoor to outdoor environments to give the 455 Massachussetts Ave Lobby and Amenity Spaces a welcoming and comfortable feel for all guests.

    • Located in Downtown Washington, DC, sshape was asked by the Landlord to update their 2000s era lobby and amenity spaces. The design incorporates a “high touch” hospitality feel to increase the luxury feel for this DC commercial office building. The large scope of work includes a full building re-brand integrating modern design themes with existing neighborhood history, new renovation of the lobby introducing hospitality themes/feel, upgraded rooftop with pergolas and furniture, and a new conference center that mixes work areas with boutique hotel qualities.
