Terra Pizzeria

The eccentric ceiling and minimalistic base are the bold and contrasting basis of the Terra Pizzeria interior by Interior Design Buro by Alena Bulataya.

  • area / size 2,260 sqft
  • Year 2019
  • Location Minsk, Belarus,
  • Type Restaurant,
  • The main accent that catches the eye is the ceiling made of wooden lamellae above the heads of visitors, shaped more like sea waves. Each lamella is different from the previous one, thereby transforming the form a little and setting the dynamics of the next element. The lower zone is a base of strict forms with the texture of concrete and laconic textiles on it.

On the floor there is a self-leveling polymer floor, one of the most functional coverings for public interiors. It merges with the basics under the sofas, making the lower part of the interior visually monolithic.

The bar area is located at a distance from the entrance, it is a contact area. The guest can sit down at it and order drinks.

The shapes of the chairs complement the wavy ceiling, aesthetically highlighting the playful shapes of the lamellae.

The bathroom is a stylistic continuation of the main hall, also played with the help of laconic materials and strict forms.
