  • Nestled in the heart of central Wisconsin, The Inn at SentryWorld is a boutique hotel committed to sustainability and craftsmanship that offers a strong sense of place. The remarkable property rests on a world-renowned, 18-hole golf course and provides guests with an unmatched level of sophistication in the region.

Thoughtfully designed accommodations provide guests with private balconies and stunning views, created by the single-loaded corridor layout that maximizes natural lighting. In addition, to ensure a cohesive and harmonious design, native stone and natural finishes are incorporated into the aesthetic.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a porte-cochere entry and various activities and dining options, including two restaurants, a bar, and the Library Café. The property also offers banquet hall options, designed with the flexibility to accommodate weddings, conferences, and corporate retreats of all sizes. The hotel amenities include a fitness center, a kids’ club, and an outdoor sports facility. In addition, the clubhouse offers tennis, pickleball, a golf simulator, and an indoor driving range. It is worth noting that SWABACK previously renovated the clubhouse, including the addition of the restaurant, before the hotel’s design and construction. Once all phases were completed, the hotel, clubhouse, and amenity spaces tied together seamlessly.

The hotel’s interior spaces pay homage to Frank Lloyd Wright, a renowned figure in Wisconsin and worldwide with an uncommon association with SWABACK, whose founder was Wright’s youngest apprentice. The living room’s furnishings and rugs draw inspiration from the grid-block designs found throughout Wright’s architecture.

The Midwest’s rich history is celebrated by featuring local artists, including the 16-foot-high Barn Quilts that adorn the grand fireplace. These quilts are integrated into the aesthetic, setting a foundation for the interior design throughout the hotel. Also highlighted are vintage photography and murals, that tell a story of the local traditions and the farming community.

The Inn at SentryWorld is committed to sustainability in all aspects of the building’s design. As a result, the hotel has taken significant steps to minimize its environmental impact, from the use of natural materials to energy-efficient lighting and appliances.

Additionally, craftsmanship and handmade elements are key components of the design. Some of the finest craftsmen and artists in the region contributed to the hotel’s unique and exquisite finishes. These elements, combined with the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and sense of place, make the hotel a truly exceptional destination for travelers seeking luxury and authenticity.

The residential feel of the interiors, along with the locally sourced art, provides a strong sense of identity and ties to the community. The café is designed to evoke a library atmosphere, featuring books on local art and design available for guests to peruse. This attention to detail and collaborated architecture and interior design elements distinguish the hotel from other luxury accommodations.
