Victor Alfaro, a renowned fashion and interior designer, is the lead designer at Seven24 Collective.

The Café – The Café embodies the concept of a cozy beachside café in Malibu. Behind dramatic Brazilian Ipe doors are marble mosaic floors, teal striped banquettes, and surfside inspired art. The Café is the perfect setting for a light breakfast and a morning meeting before heading downstairs to work out or upstairs for a swim. The light tones and splashes of color allow one to effortlessly settle into their day.

The Study – The Study is Seven24 Collective’s sophisticated members-only workspace that seamlessly transitions into a dynamic bar and lounge as the evening unfolds. The red lacquered wood paneling and chevron hardwood floors evoke recollections of an afternoon previously experienced in a London members club. Featuring an elegant design, while incorporating state-of-the-art audio/visual technology, The Study serves as a hub for professionals seeking a productive work environment and is available for intimate meetings.

Members are encouraged to network and collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds and industries. As dusk descends, the Murano glass chandelier and sconces dim, and the atmosphere transforms, as talented bartenders expertly craft inventive cocktails. The Study, the focal point of much of the Club’s programming, thrives as a vibrant social setting fostering a sense of unity and inspiration among its esteemed members.

Dimes Only – Dimes Only is a 70’s-inspired high-energy cocktail lounge, where nostalgia reigns supreme. The essence of a bygone era comes alive in every sip and vintage tune. Delve further into this hidden paradise, and you’ll discover two state-of-the- art bowling alleys, inviting you to engage in friendly competition. Unleash your inner rock star within the Karaoke lounge, where an extensive selection of songs awaits your melodic prowess, fueling unforgettable moments of uninhibited self-expression. A striking bar anchors the space with a reflective gold tile front, an amber onyx underlit countertop, and a brass infused poured-in-place gold terrazzo floor. A highlight of the room is a work of art by Daniel Mazzone titled “The Woman In Disco,” an interpretation of Gustav Klimt’s “The Woman in Gold.”

Health & Wellness – Immerse yourself in the opulent oasis of Seven24 Collective’s state-of-the-art fitness center, designed to help you achieve optimal health and well-being. Fitness instructors and personal trainers are available upon request to provide customized programs to meet members’ unique needs. The most advanced cardio and strength training equipment fill the 3,000 square foot gym and wellness center to ensure the most efficient and effective workout and wind-down. The wellness space includes meticulously crafted locker rooms, spacious showers, and an infrared sauna perfect for a rejuvenating heat session. Additionally, a variety of wellness offerings including vitamin IV therapy, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, non-invasive fat reduction treatments, non-invasive body contouring and hair loss treatments will be curated by renowned Medical Director Dr. Jane K.
