  • Designed to revitalize Corktown while honoring the neighborhood’s history, the Perennial Corktown Apartments and Townhomes are tailored for contemporary urban living and community walkability. Perennial Corktown focuses on offering diverse living options, and providing luxury amenities. The design aimed to enhance the vibrant community, by providing the convenience of nearby shops, and restaurants, while also experiencing the comfort and sophistication of high-end living spaces and exclusive on-site facilities.

    The apartment development brings a market and restaurant to the first floor along with a warm and welcoming lobby. Lobby amenities include leasing offices, soft seating, and multi-purpose mailing center.

    The second-floor amenities are designed to create a warm, homelike atmosphere with various seating areas, private living rooms, and dining spaces. Residents can enjoy community programming and events, a pool deck, an outdoor lounge with firepits, and club rooms. A state-of-the-art fitness center and dedicated work-from-home spaces cater to both active and professional needs. High-end finishes are featured throughout, adding a touch of luxury living.
