Known as the yachting capital of the Caribbean, St. Maarten is about to be transformed by Vie L’Ven, the first resort and residence to offer an exclusive on-property yacht dock—an unparalleled amenity for the island. This private dock, reserved for guests and residents, will provide effortless access to neighboring gems like Saba, St. Barthélemy and Anguilla.

The resort and residence will also be home to the largest destination spa in the Caribbean. Leading the culinary vision at Vie L’Ven and reinforcing its dedication to exceptional gastronomy, Chef Alain Ducasse—celebrated for his remarkable twenty-one Michelin stars and prestigious three-star rating—will introduce his first dining concept in the Caribbean. Vie L’Ven’s exceptional commitment to unparalleled hospitality has driven a surge in demand, leading to the complete sell-out of the Martin building. Originally, the resort offered residences in three buildings—Kingfisher, Osprey, and Martin. While the Martin building has sold out, the Kingfisher and Osprey buildings are rapidly approaching full sales commitments. In response to this heightened demand, the resort has announced a price increase for the remaining residences.
