  • Chapel St. Cafe is an Australian-themed dining experience located in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. Inspired by the real life Chapel St. in Melbourne, the space was designed to embody the rugged landscapes, vibrant colors and classical architecture found in Australia. Simple origins, quality craft and authentic materials guided every design decision.

The geniant team worked with proprietor Shawn Uldridge, a Melbourne native, to bring Aussie hospitality to Chicago; friendly and approachable, but also delightful and quirky. Natural materials, saturated colors and minimalist furniture blend together to create a warm, layered space that transports you down under!
