Poli Restaurant

POLI, a Greek restaurant situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai at the Address Dubai Mall, offers a delightful blend of Santorini’s charm and modern elegance. Executed by I2D Interior Décor LLC, the space showcases how thoughtful design can maximize functionality without sacrificing ambiance or aesthetics. Despite the restaurant’s compact footprint, careful planning ensured smooth circulation, efficient service flow, and an inviting dining experience.

The design draws inspiration from Greece’s coastal beauty, with deep Santorini blue tones paired with crisp white surfaces, reminiscent of traditional island architecture. Curved archways, textured walls, and strategically positioned decorative elements enhance the sense of openness. Natural materials such as wood, stone, and plaster finishes lend authenticity, while custom-built furniture and mirrored surfaces create a spacious, refined atmosphere.

POLI’s commitment to Greek heritage is evident through curated art pieces, statues, and sculptural elements that celebrate the country’s rich culture. Warm pendant lighting, wall sconces, and diffused lighting accentuate the organic flow of the space, reinforcing its inviting yet expansive feel.
