Tulip Residences Lviv
Tremend’s Tulip Residences Lviv seamlessly blends comfort and biophilic design, creating a vibrant yet tranquil atmosphere that reflects the artistic spirit of Lviv while catering to today’s traveler.
In these interiors, comfort takes center stage, and the design originates from a fascination with the magic hidden in the city’s charming corners. Tulip Residences Lviv is a new addition to Lviv’s hospitality landscape. The project was designed by the architects of Tremend.
The studio was responsible for the comprehensive redevelopment and modernization of the existing building, as well as for the interior design of the three-star Tulip Residences Lviv hotel. Over the years, Tremend’s architects have developed extensive experience, enabling them to align the project seamlessly with the profile of the lifestyle brand TULIP Hotels & Residences (Louvre Hotels Group) and with the expectations of today’s traveler.
In a dynamic world where the boundaries between home and hotel increasingly blur, guests seek comfort above all—comfort that provides a setting for celebrating everyday life, including its simplest rituals. At Tulip Residences Lviv, guests will find exactly that: a place to relax after a long journey, a coworking space for focused work, and a restaurant and bar where the hum of unhurried conversations lingers late into the evening.
A Homely Atmosphere and a Setting for Meaningful Encounters
Tremend was commissioned to develop the functional layout concept and the interior design of the property, including guest rooms and public areas: the lobby, food and beverage spaces, and the conference room. This allowed the designers to create a cohesive, authorial vision—an atmospheric aura that can be felt in every corner of the hotel.
The concept draws on warm materials, soft upholstery, solid wood, and abundant greenery, introducing an element of nature in line with the principles of biophilic design. The vibrant social heart of Tulip Residences Lviv is the restaurant and bar area, whose design pays tribute to the artistic spirit of Lviv’s café culture. It is a space that encourages interaction, the exchange of ideas, and spontaneous meetings—where time seems to slow down.
The common areas were conceived as open, flexible spaces with a clear division into zones for meetings, individual work, and informal relaxation. In the lobby, intimate furniture arrangements—including shelving filled with plants and books—combined with atmospheric lighting create the impression of a cozy living room that invites guests to linger. Here, the city’s dynamic energy meets effortless calm, achieving a harmonious balance.
