Diana & Vesta – Green Square Reception
Ditt Officemakers designed the Green Square reception area for DIana & Vesta in Amsterdam, featuring a welcoming coffee bar and communal spaces that seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor environments through stepping stones and a central water feature.
The building is composed of squares. We carried this concept through into the design of the entrance. The Green Square forms the heart of the space: a green, inviting reception area and coffee bar where you can come in, meet others, start your day with a cup of coffee, or wrap up Friday afternoon together.
The entrance is designed as a communal space offering various ways to work, meet, discuss, and relax. Stepping stones create a natural connection to the green terrace, allowing these functions to continue outdoors as well.
The Green Square concept is also reflected outdoors. On the terrace, surrounded by a green hedge, a second gathering spot has been created. The stepping stones extend from the entrance to this green outdoor space, naturally connecting the interior and exterior.
Room dividers create different zones and bring structure to the space, while various wood textures provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. A mix of lounge areas, meeting spaces, and a communal table offers room for different ways of working and gathering. The central water feature also serves as a natural gathering spot within the Green Square.
