Hotel Marriott Courtyard Al Barsha Dubai

The newly opened Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha Dubai is a 4 star hotel brand based on relevance to market and the needs of today travelers. Ideally located in the prime location of Al Barsha, near to the Mall of Emirates the hotel is suitable for families, business men and every kind of customers. The brand provides comfortable accommodation, breakfast plus approachable services and simple facilities for business and leisure travelers. MMA overhauled the project by working with the existing building, to complete the hotel in just two years.

Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha, which opened on October 2018, is a Hotel in the United Arab Emirates. The interiors of the hotel are deep-rooted on the Italian style, strongly decorative materials, noble woods, fine marbles and refine detailing reveal a rigorous and modern approach to the theme. The All day dining restaurant is situated next to the lobby, separated by a screen of metal strips rather than walls, which is designed to encourage people to flow freely between the two spaces. This flows is also remarked by the lines drawing both false ceiling and flooring.

The ground floor boasts also a cigar bar-restaurant that is not only a place to eat, but thanks to the well thought out layout, to the furniture custom made and finishes such as concrete, metal and noble wood is also a place where people can relax having a glass of good wine or smoking a cigar.

The bedrooms feature custom-designed furniture with refined details and finishes thought for a stay as comfortable as possible. At the roof floor guests can enjoy a treatment by the spa or attend to the well-equipped fitness center.

The hotel is crowned by a rooftop with an outdoor swimming pool and a lounge bar. The hotel gives to its customers the possibility to host events in the meeting rooms, that are well equipped with state of the art facilities.
