In the heart of Bolzano, on Via della Roggia, Enoteca da Aldo was created as a place to celebrate wine and its culture through elegance and simplicity. It is a single open space, free of partitions, where light pours in through large windows and flows across the warm, soft off-white resin floor. The atmosphere is both essential and inviting-intimate, yet open to conviviality.

The layout is fluid and well-balanced: sales, tasting, and on-site consumption coexist without rigid boundaries. Display units in gold-painted metal and custom wood furniture showcase a curated selection of wines and gourmet products. The furnishings in matte black give an industrial yet refined touch, softened by hints of deep brick red-echoes of wine tones-also used for the bathroom finishes.

Two kitchens support the space: a show kitchen, open and sociable, and a functional service kitchen. The concept is to offer a space where guests can pause, taste, and connect-without rush.

Enoteca da Aldo is a project that rejects excess and embraces a sober, sophisticated style. Every material, color, and spatial solution is chosen to express a contemporary idea of hospitality, centred around wine—and the people who enjoy it.
